We are proud to announce the successful graduation of 130 participants from our Three-Month Comprehensive and Intensive Entrepreneurship Training Program. Graduation ceremony was held on April 12, 2025.
Over the past three months, participants have undergone transformative learning experience designed to equip them with the skills, mindset, and tools necessary to launch and grow sustainable businesses in today’s competitive environment. The curriculum covered a wide range of essential topics, including:

• Financial Management & Budgeting
• Marketing Strategies & Digital Tools
• Market Trend Analysis
• Business feasibility studies
To further enrich the experience, role model entrepreneurs, consultants, and successful professionals were invited to share their real-world experiences, offering invaluable insight and inspiration to our trainees.
Throughout the program, participants actively engaged in hands-on business development projects, applying what they learned in real time. Their dedication, creativity, and entrepreneurial spirit were evident in every stage of the training, and we are incredibly proud of each graduate’s progress and achievements.
This graduation ceremony marks not just the end of a program, but the beginning of an exciting new chapter in the entrepreneurial journey of our graduates. We are confident that they will emerge as innovators, job creators, and agents of positive change in their communities and beyond.
To continue nurturing their growth, all 130 graduates will be admitted into an Intensive Startup Studio Program, which offers mentoring, coaching, consultancy, stakeholder engagement, and networking opportunities. This next phase of support will span 6 to 12 months, ensuring that each startup receives the guidance needed to thrive.
We were honored to host distinguished guests from the United States and Oromia, including representatives from the Peace Forum Club (Ambo University Waliso Campus), Oromia job Creation and vocational training Bureau, Oromia Science and Technology Bureau, and other esteemed experts. Their inspiring keynote speeches and presence made the ceremony truly unforgettable.
